Store Manager – Smashville (Geelong)

Smashville is Geelong's home of burgers & Nashville Hot Chicken. We've got a strong kitchen team — now we need a hands-on Store Manager to be the face of the business.

This role is all about people, service and detail: leading the team, running smooth shifts, managing budgets & rosters, and making every customer feel at home. You'll also help share the story of Nashville Hot Chicken (with the chance to travel to Nashville for research).

We're looking for someone with 3+ years hospitality leadership experience and a knack for building connections with both staff and customers.
