Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to manage and oversee daily store operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing stocks, ensuring smooth store performance, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering, and merchandising
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively
  • Ensure compliance with store policies, safety, and operational standards
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and performance metrics

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a supervisory retail role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Basic knowledge of retail finance, budgeting, and reporting
  • Flexibility to work weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $49,900.00 – $60,000.00 per year
