About the opportunity:

Chery Doncaster are seeking individuals with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction to join our team.

To succeed in this role, you'll be up to date with the latest developments in the automotive industry and an expert on the vehicles we sell. You'll provide high-quality customer service and have the ability to match customers with the right vehicle for their needs.

We are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and have made a significant investment in a state-of-the-art facility, designed to showcase the brand's new corporate identity and provide our team with a modern, inspiring workspace.

We operate a 5-day week, Monday to Saturday, with an RDO in lieu of Saturday.

You'll make an impact by:

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable models
• Presenting vehicles and arranging test drives
• Managing sales, contracts, and related paperwork
• Keeping up-to-date with product and industry knowledge

What you'll bring:

• Proven track record in new vehicle sales (essential)
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Current driver's licence
• National Police Check
• A professional, well-presented approach with strong attention to detail
• Proactivity, resilience, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Experience in the automotive industry is essential. What you also need is a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for achieving excellence.
