Lane Ford Mandurah is seeking an experienced New Ford Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our experienced team. Continued strong enquiry selling a top two brand plus ample supply chain from the manufacturer means instant success for the successful applicant.

We are a proudly privately owned dealership based in Mandurah, looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales professional to join our high-performing team. With a strong reputation for excellence, we're all about delivering next-level customer experiences – and we're looking for someone who shares the same vision as us.

About the role:

  • Building strong relationships with customers
  • Guiding buyers through a structured sales process
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending the right vehicle solutions
  • Managing enquiries, test drives and follow-ups
  • Maintaining dealership presentation and high standards

Key qualifications and essential criteria:

  • Hold an unrestricted WA Driver's Licence.
  • Have a current WA Salesperson licence (or willing to obtain)
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and sales targets
  • Self-motivated and driven for success
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Experience in retail or automotive sales preferred
  • Be a team player.
