Now, as Chery Doncaster enters an exciting new chapter, we're seeking a New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our growing team.

About the Role:

Chery Doncaster is entering a new era, with exciting renovations underway to elevate our dealership into a fresh, contemporary space that matches the innovation of the brand we represent. We are proud to be one of the leading Chery dealerships in Victoria, delivering consistently strong results with over 100 new vehicles sold each month.

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team at a time of growth and momentum, and to be part of a brand that's redefining what's possible in the new energy vehicle space.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven success leading high-volume automotive sales teams.
  • Strong business and financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, expense management).
  • Advanced understanding of dealer reporting tools, DMS, CRM/Dynamics, and digital sales funnels.
  • Exceptional leadership and people development skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving ability.
  • Strategic mindset, resilience, and passion for achieving results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint essential).
