What you'll do

  • Execute lifecycle marketing strategies tailored to B2C audiences across multiple markets.
  • Plan and deploy B2C-focused multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, etc.) through Braze.
  • Utilise A/B testing to optimise campaign messaging, subject lines, and timing for engagement.
  • Analyse performance data from campaigns to identify trends and inform improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations specific to the B2C lifecycle.
