We're currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused Casual Customer Service & Logistics Officer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly, professional support to customers.
  • Conduct weekly outbound calls to all existing customers to identify any upcoming waste tyre collection needs.
  • Schedule tyre collections in an efficient and cost-effective manner using our logistics system.
  • Coordinate closely with the operations team and truck drivers to ensure timely and successful pickups.
  • Lodge and manage EPA Victoria Waste Tracker records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, collection schedules, and EPA lodgements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and collection workflow efficiency.
About You:
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident phone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or logistics coordination is preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with EPA Waste Tracker or willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
  • Proficient with computers, email, and scheduling systems (experience with Zapier, Slack, or logistics software is a plus).
