What you will be doing and delivering

We have a new opportunity for Crop Care Supervisor to join our Warragul team. The position is structured as a 5-day work week. The role supports the Group Crop Manager.

As a Crop Care Supervisor, you will:

• Lead, coach and mentor direct reports ensuring they are engaged & meeting key deliverables.
• Manage team workloads through effective supervision and delegation
• Supervise essential crop care operations including pollination and pruning while adapting plans based on environmental forecasts
• Oversee pesticide applications and quality control processes to maintain crop standards and meet operational KPIs
• Collaborate with Senior Grower to plan weekly activities while ensuring optimal resource use and documentation

What you will bring to the role:

• Proven leadership experience including coaching, team development, and performance management
• Forward thinking with analytical, data-driven decision-making abilities
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and lead by example
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills with attention to detail
• Experience working in fast-paced, physical environments (essential); Certificate III or above in Agriculture/Horticulture (desirable)
