We are currently looking for a new Supervisor to join our team at Sense Of Self, a bathhouse and massage studio located in Collingwood.

As a Supervisor at SOS you are responsible for the end-to-end running of the space, including customer care, team leadership whilst on shift, and smooth operations of the bathhouse and massage studio. Your direct report will be to the Venue Manager.

This role is suited to someone with exceptional hospitality experience and who possesses great time management skills, excellent communication capabilities, and a can-do attitude. We are keen to meet people who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, with a dynamic team, and those who have a human-centred approach to guest services.

Sense Of Self (SOS) is a space like Australia has never seen before in spa design and its new approach to wellness and self-discovery. Combining a bathhouse, leading wellbeing therapies and products, SOS gives people the opportunity to feel well, and be themselves. Skills, Experience, & Availability:

  • Extensive hospitality experience – at least 2-3 years in a supervisor role (inc staff management)
  • Exceptional guest care – Human-centred care at your core and driven by achieving things for customers
  • Experienced team leader – that you can motivate and ensure all team members are performing and being held accountable to their roles and responsibilities proficiently and consistently
  • Excellent, clear, and consistent communication to both clients & colleagues
  • Calm under pressure – at SOS we have a very demanding and high-paced customer service environment
  • Self-led and adaptable – willingness to help across all aspects of spa operations, including but not limited to cleaning, back of house operations, laundry, and customer service
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as Sense Of Self has hours that require this
