What you will be doing and delivering

Reporting to a Crop Care Supervisor, you will support the management of up to 25 team members working in our Tomato crop, with opportunities to work with other crops and leaders in future. As a Crop Care Leading Hand, you will be responsible for:

  • Training and inducting new team members
  • Undertake all Crop Care tasks
  • Conduct quality checks of the team
  • Support the Supervisor in additional duties

This role will suit someone who is passionate about coaching and developing others and takes pride in their work quality.

  • Well developed organisation skills
