Reporting directly to our Senior Human Resources Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our people and business by managing core HR functions and contributing to global initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including screening, interviewing, and assessments to attract top talent
- Collaborate with our payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage internal HR communications.
- Uphold workplace health, safety, and quality standards (WH&S)
- Regularly update and improve company policies and procedures to keep us aligned with best practices
- Administer employee benefits and support HR operations, processes, and projects across the business
- Support workplace relations, including conflict resolution and compliance with employment laws.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related disciplines with 3+ years relevant experience or better.
- Experience in full-function payroll processing and generalist HR activities.
- Knowledge of awards, enterprise agreements, and industrial relations frameworks.
- Enjoy working as a team while works well independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and can build strong rapport with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a very fast paced environment with multiple competing priorities in a global business culture
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Having worked in the hospitality or retail sector is a plus.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer.
