We're seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead the people and culture agenda across Australia and New Zealand for a global organisation with a strong focus on growth, performance, and innovation.

In this role, you'll partner closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy that supports both local business goals and global priorities. You'll provide strategic advice on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent development while ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practice standards.

You will guide managers on complex employee relations matters, oversee enterprise agreements and performance management, and help create a workplace culture where people can thrive. Your leadership will also extend to mentoring an HR team, driving continuous improvement, and fostering collaboration across all levels of the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating business strategy into clear and practical HR initiatives.
  • Providing guidance on employment law, industrial relations, and policy.
  • Using people data to inform decisions and improve workforce outcomes.
  • Partnering with global teams to deliver consistent reward, talent, and engagement programs.
  • Leading learning, development, and succession planning for key roles.
  • Driving inclusion, engagement, and cultural initiatives that strengthen the employee experience.

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment legislation.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex change.
  • Experience in both operational and commercial environments.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
