The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketplace Channel team. You will assist our E-commerce Manager in managing marketplace accounts, optimizing product listings, developing marketing strategies, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist our E-commerce Manager with managing new listings, deal submissions, deadlines, timings, and banner creation.
  • Provide trade analysis and post-campaign reports, presenting findings to relevant teams.
  • Monitor and report on category performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance across relevant banners, including strict adherence to advertising compliance measures and price establishment checks.
  • Assist in briefing weekly catalog placements across various sales channels.
  • Conduct routine competitor and market trend analyses, identifying new merchandising opportunities such as new product modules.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

About You

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized and action-oriented.
  • Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple projects/stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Marketing graduate preferred.
