About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our thriving legal practice in Bundall, QLD. As a Paralegal with conveyancing experience, you will play a vital role in supporting our solicitors with a range of legal matters, with a particular focus on property transactions and conveyancing. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work collaboratively within a close-knit team.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting legal research and analysis to support our solicitors
  2. Preparing and processing conveyancing documentation, including contracts, transfers, and stamp duty forms
  3. Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in property transactions
  4. Maintaining accurate file records and documentation
  5. Providing administrative support to the legal team as required
  6. Collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant paralegal or legal assistant qualification
  2. Demonstrated experience in conveyancing and property law, ideally gained within a legal practice
  3. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  4. Proficient in using legal software and technology
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. A commitment to providing exceptional client service
