About The Role
They are seeking a
Paralegal
to join their thriving legal practice in
Bundall, QLD
. With a strong focus on conveyancing, the successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the firm's solicitors across a range of legal matters, particularly property transactions.

This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work collaboratively within a close-knit and professional team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting legal research and analysis to support solicitors
  • Preparing and processing conveyancing documentation, including contracts, transfers, and stamp duty forms
  • Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in property transactions
  • Maintaining accurate file records and documentation
  • Providing administrative support to the legal team as required
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience

About You

  • Relevant paralegal or legal assistant qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in conveyancing and property law, ideally gained within a legal practice
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in using legal software and technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
