Currently a team of 11, their boutique size maximises the maintenance of healthy outcomes for their clients and other professionals seeking their services. **The Position**

Supporting the firm’s Senior Partner, you will be experienced in a similar position and proactive in carrying out all responsibilities. Juggling a range of tasks and conflicting priorities amongst a fast-paced team are skills that will see you succeed. Some of the key responsibilities that you will have include:

- Dictation
- Diary management
- Preparing Briefs to Counsel (hard copy and or electronic '“ in line with the Barrister’s preference)
- Drafting correspondence
- Generating and drafting Applications for Divorce
- Filing Court Documents
- Title Searches, Business Searches
- Booking and arranging conveyancing for Family Law Property Settlements
- Generally supporting the Partner and Lawyers as and when required
- General office admin support as and when required

- A positive, outgoing and solution-focused mindset
- Attention to detail with exceptional organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Confidence in a fast-paced environment with tenacity to meet deadlines
