We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conveyancer to join our team. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing the legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring that the conveyancing process is executed smoothly from start to finish, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• A-Z QLD Conveyancing; managing the entire conveyancing process, including preparing legal documents, conducting property searches, and liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professionals involved in the process
• Advising clients on legal matters related to property transactions and offering guidance on property law and conveyancing procedures
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements in relation to property transactions
• Reviewing and interpreting property contracts, leases, and agreements
• Managing financial aspects of property transactions, including the collection and disbursement of funds, and the calculation and payment of stamp duty, land tax, and other fees
• Keeping clients informed about the progress of their property transactions and providing timely updates
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other professionals in the industry

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 years' experience in conveyancing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks, with excellent time management skills
• Sound knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in relevant computer software and programs, with experience using electronic conveyancing platforms
