Commercial Sales Manager -Building Facades 

Are you a proven sales professional with a strong track record in the Victorian commercial construction market? Do you thrive on winning new business while maintaining trusted, long-term client partnerships? If so, this opportunity could be your next big move.

Our client is a national distributor of premium cladding solutions, supplying innovative products that transform and enhance building facades across commercial projects, recladding, and architectural applications. With an established reputation and trusted brands, one of our senior team is retiring and we are now seeking an experienced Business Development/Account Manager to drive growth in Victoria.

About the Role This position is a dynamic mix of new business development and account management. You will be responsible for:

  • Growing market share by developing new client relationships with builders, fabricators, installers, and architects.
  • Nurturing and managing existing accounts, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identifying opportunities with Tier 1 builders and across major projects.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver projects to specification, on time, and within budget.

What You'll Bring We're looking for a high-performing sales professional with no less than 10 years of relevant experience, ideally within the Victorian façades or wider commercial building sector. You'll also bring:

  • A strong network of contacts across commercial construction and architecture.
  • Technical know-how with a solid understanding of NCC regulations.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects with strong forecasting and planning skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to balance hunting new opportunities and cultivating existing accounts.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • The drive to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative, supportive team culture.
