THE FIRM
Our client is a well-regarded commercial law firm with offices in Melbourne and Sydney, known for their expertise across a range of areas including Public Law, Dispute Resolution, Workplace Relations and Intellectual Property. They pride themselves on a collaborative and supportive culture, offering flexible work arrangements, career development opportunities, and a range of staff benefits.
THE ROLE
This role will see you providing high-level support to the Practice Group Leader and the wider Public Law & Regulatory team. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing credit card reconciliations and daily tracking of group work.
- Coordinating practice group meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Assisting with billing and other administrative support as required.
ABOUT YOU
The successful applicant will be confident, organised, and ready to work in a busy, client-focused team. In addition, you will bring:
- Proven experience in private practice.
- Leadership capability and the ability to take initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
