The Opportunity
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cremorne, VIC. The Business Development Manager position is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing key accounts (including relationships with top 200 host employers), building and maintaining strong relationships, and developing comprehensive business plans. The role reports to the Group Operations Manager – NSW, SA, QLD and works closely with the Group Operations Manager - Victoria, WA. This pivotal role will drive growth, expand employer partnerships, and enhance national impact. It involves undertaking sales activities and achieving set targets that contribute to the organisation's national growth and success.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with the training and employment industry would be beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
