We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Service Technician to join our dynamic team based in Coopers Plains, Brisbane.

What you'll be doing

  • Service, repair, upgrade and install a variety of equipment across Queensland and interstate.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues to identify and resolve problems efficiently
  • Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings
  • Implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure the continuous operation of client equipment
  • Providing on-site support and training to client personnel on the proper use and care of equipment
  • Maintaining accurate records of all service activities and reporting on the status of equipment and projects
  • Collaborating with the wider technical team to share knowledge and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offerings

What we're looking for

  • Qualified Maintenance Fitter with hands on welding experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a service and/or installation technician in the manufacturing or logistics sectors
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and provide training on equipment operation and maintenance
  • A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • A valid driver's licence and the willingness to travel to client sites as needed
