Your new role

You'll be responsible for end-to-end bookkeeping across multiple online platforms, ensuring accuracy in financial records and daily operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily processing and allocation of eCommerce transactions
  • Managing customer payments, refunds, credits, and bank fee allocations
  • Performing bank and platform reconciliations (CBA & ANZ)
  • Handling Accounts Payable and assisting with payroll tax returns as needed
  • Working confidently across platforms such as Shopify, eBay, Amazon, and Zippay
  • Maintaining accuracy across high transaction volumes (approx. 1,000/day)
  • Supporting month-end processes and reporting

What you'll need to succeed

You'll bring solid bookkeeping experience, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

To be successful, you'll have:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, including AR/AP and reconciliations
  • Strong transaction processing skills and financial accuracy
  • Confidence using multiple systems and online platforms
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience in eCommerce or high-volume environments (highly regarded)
