About the role:

Key responsibilities:

  • Price contract variations communicate with appropriate sales operation members.
  • Provide regular and timely feedback regarding price competitiveness of Schiavello offers.
  • Identify cost saving solutions to put forward during tenders.
  • Review and report on the analysis of tenders won and lost, identifying future learning's and opportunities for improvement.
  • Accurately keep the CRM system up to date with all client related information
  • Request quotes from suppliers
  • Quotes, in particular those up to 500k
  • Administer full quote process from initial client requests
  • Liaise with sales team to understand client expectations
Experience Required:
  • Previous experience in estimating furniture systems is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated Intermediate computer literacy with MS Office and ideally use of digital business systems
  • Completion of year 12 secondary education or equivalent qualifications
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with a range of stakeholders
  • A positive & can do attitude
  • An interest in workplace furniture and design.
