About the role We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to keep our paid digital campaigns humming and turn insights into impact. You'll connect our internal marketing teams with our external agency partners, making sure plans are tight, budgets are on point, and takeaways are shared early and often. - Work closely with our marketing team to understand the overarching marketing strategy and targets. Brief in digital campaigns to support this strategy across paid search, BVOD, paid social and display, for our agency partners to implement
- Be the day-to-day point of contact between the marketing team and our digital agency - keeping communication clear, workflows smooth, and delivery on track
- Monitor campaign performance and share weekly insights, optimisations and recommendations
- Support budget management, including spend tracking, P&L reconciliation and invoice processing
- Present performance summaries and key takeaways in regular marketing performance meetings
- Pitch in on campaign setup and delivery in Meta (or similar platforms) when needed
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to stay aligned on campaign goals, audiences and outcomes
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role (agency or client-side)
- Hands-on knowledge of paid media channels, including search, social and display
- Experience managing and optimising campaigns to improve metrics like cost per acquisition and conversion rate
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for continuous testing and improvement
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—you're confident partnering with both technical and non‑technical colleagues
- Comfortable managing budgets, tracking spend and supporting financial processes
- Background in SaaS, eCommerce or retail marketing is a bonus
