Junior Family Lawyer - 1+ Year PAE | In-Office Role | Melbourne

Doyles recognised, this family law firm in Melbourne CBD is looking for a junior family lawyer with approx 1 year post-admission experience. This is a full-time, in-office role where you'll work closely with senior lawyers, gaining practical experience and building your skills in family law.

About the Role

  • Work on parenting and property disputes, divorce, intervention orders, and related matters
  • Draft court documents, affidavits, and correspondence
  • Prepare briefs to counsel and attend court and mediation
  • Manage files with support from senior lawyers
  • Regular client contact

About You

  • Admitted with 1 year PAE in family law
  • Ready to work full-time from the office to learn on the job
  • Good drafting and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
