About The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced
Superintendent
to join our team supporting our long-term major marine and services infrastructure work in
Rockingham, WA.
The role will be initially based at our Balcatta office and transitioning to Rockingham in February 2025.

As the
Superintendent
, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating site activities, managing crews and subcontractors, and ensuring construction works are delivered in line with safety, environmental, quality, design, budget, and schedule requirements.

Other Key Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure project objectives, schedules, and budgets are achieved.
• Monitor and report progress regularly against plans, highlighting risks, opportunities, and variances to the Project Manager.
• Provide input into project work plans, risk assessments and programmes during start-up, ensuring accurate resourcing and scheduling of crew, plant, and support services.
• Oversee day-today operations to ensure compliance with safety and environmental responsibilities.
• Support accurate performance tracking by monitoring productivity, resource utilisation, and forecasting requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, earning trust and confidence.
• Proactively manage client expectations and contribute to positive, collaborative relationships.
• Lead problem-solving activities to address project challenges, developing innovative and practical solutions.
• Lead and promote a strong safety and environmental culture, ensuring full compliance with HSEQ requirements.
• Monitor and manage HSEQ issues, ensuring corrective actions are completed and shared learnings are communicated.

To be successful, y
ou will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

• 5+ years' experience in a Superintendent role or similar.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring and building a successful team.
• Strong technical background in Industrial and Commercial Building scopes.
• Strong skillset in planning ahead to achieve project outcomes.
• Solid understanding in services installation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Defence security clearance (essential)
• Australian Defence project experience is desirable.
• MUST hold relevant Australian working rights.
