Accounts Receivable Officer – Join Our Dynamic Team

About the Role:

As our Accounts Receivable Officer, at Pizza Hut Australia ( Flynn Group ANZ ) you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring invoices, direct debits, and payment plans are processed accurately and efficiently. Your eagle-eyed attention to detail and proactive approach will help keep our accounts in check, ensuring seamless transactions and happy stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing direct debits and payment plans with precision

  • Keeping our accounts balanced with daily cash management duties

  • Ensuring franchisee banking details are up to date

  • Liaising with franchise partners and internal teams to resolve queries as directed by the Accounts Receivable Manager

  • Monitoring account health and identifying any payment discrepancies

  • Running weekly and monthly billing processes

  • Collaborating with the commercial team and Accounts Receivable Manager to provide accurate records and invoices

Other Accounting Adventures:

  • Assist with month-end close procedures and ad-hoc accounting work

  • Year-end audit preparation and liaising with auditors

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 3 years' experience in accounts receivable support

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (because spreadsheets are life)

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude

  • Dynamics 365 experience is a plus
