Accounts Receivable Officer for global FMCG business

**The Company**:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Accounts Receivable Officer to join a dynamic finance team based in Western Sydney. As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely management of our company's receivables. **Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily reconciliation of accounts receivable transactions and balances.
- Issue and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes related to billing and payments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address any invoicing or payment issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of accounts receivable activities.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in the FMCG industry is desirable but not essential.
