An established business (operating for over 30 years), with their head office based in Wetherill Park is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable officer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Role: Accounts Receivable Officer

Type: Permanent

Work type: Office based (no hybrid)

**Salary**: Depending on experience

Location: Wetherill Park

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain complete and up-to-date customer records.
- Communicate with customers with regards to their accounts.
- Escalate overdue accounts as necessary.
- Process and recording of payments received from customer.
- Respond to queries.
- Contribute to process changes.
- Maintain documentation for reconciliation and audit purposes.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years Accounts Receivable experience.
- Understanding of General Ledger coding.
- Likes working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong reconciliation ability.
- Strong communication skills / stakeholder management.
- Customer service mindset.
- Minimum intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ideally experience with NetSuite (not mandatory).
- Ideally someone that lives locally (5 days in office).
