**About The Role**:
JVCKENWOOD AUSTRALIA is currently seeking a motivated Accounts Received Clerk to provide financial, administrative, and clerical services within a fixed 9-month term. The main duties include processing and monitoring incoming payments and recording transactions with accuracy to secure company revenue.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collection of indue and overdue invoices and allocate payments
- Release orders based on the credit limit and payment history
- Investigation of customer accounts and resolve queries
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
- Ensure adherence to month-end timetables
- Assist with streamlining all processes within the finance team
- Other ad hoc duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Intermediate Excel - V Look Up and Pivots
- Finance, Accounting qualification

**Job Type**: Fixed term
Contract length: 9 months

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Macquarie Park, NSW 2113: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounts receivable: 1 year (required)
