The Opportunity
This fixed term contract role based in NSW and headquartered in Frenchs Forest presents a fantastic opportunity to join a leading medical device company where you will be well supported in learning the business and our products to perform at your best. In this role you will be involved in the attendance and overseeing of clinical cases in hospitals and building relationships with our key customers and the nursing staff. You will be joining a small and collaborative team and will ideally suit someone with a nursing background who is keen to move across to the medical device industry and grow their career.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support within operating theatres at the request of AusBio BDMs, and channel support partners, for Orthopaedics, Spine, OMF & Plastics, Urogynae and any new specialties.
- Formally, feedback to the BDMs any relevant information gained from your hospital visits that relate to surgeon preference and competitive activity
- Establish, develop and maintain relationships with hospitals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and requests and collaborate to ensure queries and requests are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Conduct in-services in designated territory in response to hospital specific strategic needs and requests.
- Work with the various departments to assist with any consignment and inventory management.
- Domestic travel required to SA and ACT shared amongst staff. Approximately 2-3 days once every couple of months.
Experience & Qualifications
- 2 years + in accounts and/or clients relationship management positions or equivalent.
- Registered or enrolled nurse with experience in operating theatre and hospital environments.
