The Opportunity
This role based at Frenchs Forest presents a fantastic opportunity to join a leading medical device company where you will be well supported to do your best. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently processing customer enquiries and orders
- Managing customer interactions end-to-end via phone and email
- Providing customer service support to our clinical support team, hospitals and distributors
- Sending and closing out sales orders and data entrFollowing up allograft usage and liaising with hospital contactCoordinating consignment restock
Experience & Qualifications
- Dedication to work in a team environment
- A mature approach with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to build quality relationships and collaborate with sales teams and medical professional
- Time management skills
- Good Computer Literacy
