About the Opportunity
As the Digital Health Lead for the Users and Providers Workstream within SDPR, you will leverage Health business knowledge to advise on, design, and implement solutions, while managing stakeholder engagement and ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

It presents a unique opportunity to lead the transformation of digital healthcare delivery to shape innovative solutions, drive state-wide system integration, and enhance patient outcomes through the successful implementation of the SDPR program.

- Strong leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to guide implementation teams, manage operational challenges, and cultivate a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
- A strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions and support the successful delivery and improvement of digital health programs in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Individual Health Care Identifiers, onboarding and offboarding practices of medical, other clinical and administrative staff would be an advantage.
