About the Opportunity

As a Senior Allied Health Nutrition and Dietetics Advisor within the Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA) you will provide expert Allied Health and Nutrition advice, guidance and leadership in medication management, safety, legislation, policies and standards, to the key internal and external stakeholders, clinical teams and the Executive to support the Single Digital Patient Record Program and the Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority.

This role offers the opportunity to facilitate, consult and contribute to a team of clinical advisors in SDPRIA that work closely with key SDPRIA stakeholders across the Ministry of Health, Health Organisations, Local Health Districts, Specialty Health Networks, Pillars and relevant Affiliated health organisations to identify clinical needs and empower clinicians in the delivery of digital solutions for clinical care.

In this role, you will:

• Provide expert Allied Health, Nutrition & Dietetics advice to shape innovative clinical and digital strategies.
• Lead collaboration with Allied Health leaders, senior clinicians and stakeholders to optimise digital health workflows.
• Foster strong partnerships to co-design safe, effective and patient-centred digital solutions.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Tertiary qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics and eligible for full membership of Dietitians Australia.
• Extensive clinical experience working in Allied Health, and Nutrition & Dietetics within NSW Health Services and demonstrated knowledge of clinical informatics including knowledge of how to enhance patient safety and improve usability.
• Significant experience in engaging clinical practitioners and executive stakeholders within a clinical environment with proven leadership, collaboration and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to build, maintain and utilise relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience at translating between clinical, ICT and governance knowledge domains, presenting information concisely for a clinical audience.
