About the role

Fantastic permanent opportunity  Are you ready to influence key decisions and drive business performance? We're looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team and play a critical leadership role in driving the organisation's integrated business planning, financial forecasting, and performance reporting processes.

In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful insights, ensure accurate forecasting, and support data-driven decision-making at every level. You'll lead financial governance with confidence, while continuously seeking opportunities to streamline processes and introduce automation that boosts efficiency and impact.

Key responsibilities include:

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Lead the Finance team through Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and financial forecast cycles.
• Serve as the Finance Lead in Demand Review meetings and present weekly sales and monthly forecast updates to the VP of Sales.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Compare actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Deliver insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.

Management Reporting

• Deliver timely, accurate, and consistent management reporting to internal stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities to streamline FP&A processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Implement systems and tools to improve forecasting accuracy, workflow automation, and reporting quality.

About You

You will have:

• 10+ years in same or similar industry financial role, including relevant qualifications.
• Experience within FMCG industry.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
• Previous experience with SAP and Power BI preferable
