**Position purpose**

To leverage the Roll’d business strategy by ensuring that organizational learning and development activities support current and future business needs for best service. Provision of coaching and training to build product and services through our large network. Support the development of organizational capabilities through a range of workforce management practices.

**Duties**
- Undertake and drive internal classroom training for new and existing Roll’d stores and team members. Share learning outcomes with Operational Leaders.
- Maintain and up to date knowledge of all systems, products, and services to support team member in providing and exceptional Vietnamese food experience and maximize sales
- Analyze skills gaps and performance improvement opportunities at a Store, Team, and individual level using the Skills Matrix
- Support the General Manager Human Resources to develop and review organizational and role-specific capabilities framework and build greater organizational capabilities through sound talent management and workforce planning
- Responsible for the in-field development of people who can achieve sales targets and financial objectives
- Facilitate and support cross-functional teams towards common organizational goals
