Cluster Manager

Wittner has an exciting opportunity for a Cluster Manager to join our team in overseeing a selection of Wittner retail stores and our David Jones concession stores. This would suit someone with store management experience who is looking to take the next step in their retail career. You will be working closely with the Regional Manager in the ongoing development of your teams, passionately coaching, mentoring and ensuring business growth and profitable success.

**About the role**
- Managing and leading store managers and teams through coaching, mentoring and developing your people with an emphasis on providing excellent training and growth opportunities
- Assisting with the recruitment of staff with a strong focus on succession planning
- Achieving, monitoring and effective management of store salary budgets, maximizing sales through effective management of rosters within your region
- Ability to identify opportunities for improving sales in underperforming stores and continual drive to use initiative to drive sales within the business
- Constant monitoring of financial KPIs with regards to sales, profit and loss, and taking appropriate actions to maintain and exceed organisational goals
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards across the business in line with our brand

**What we're looking for**
- Experience managing retail stores
- Strong knowledge of sales implementation strategies with a proven track record of delivering results
- Excellent communication, exceptional customer service and people skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment
- A current/valid driver's license
- An unbounded passion for retail and a commitment to a long-term career
