We are proud to be partnering with this leading Brisbane based organisation as we go to market in search for a HR Manager to join a high-performing HR team.

About The Role
This unique opportunity will oversee a close knit HR team, where you will also have the ability to manage your own portfolio.

Playing a key role in shaping a top-tier people function that drives meaningful business results, you will report to the Head of HR where you will receive expert guidance as you step into this exciting leadership role.

The Opportunity

  • Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated HR team to deliver seamless HR operations
  • Manage your own HR portfolio, providing full generalist support
  • Champion employee engagement through initiatives such as Employee Relations, Performance Management, Recruitment, Learning and Development
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Oversee departmental workflows, reporting cycles, and milestone HR activities
  • Partner closely with the Head of HR to ensure alignment with business goals, project delivery, budget management, and service excellence

About You

  • Degree-qualified in Human Resources or similar
  • Minimum of 7 years experience as a HR Generalist
  • Experience managing a small HR team
  • Proven experience managing HR across multi-entity businesses is highly regarded
  • Extensive knowledge of the employee lifecycle, team leadership, and HR operations
  • Strong understanding of relevant employment legislation and industrial relations frameworks
  • Known for offering clear, fair, and effective HR advice that fosters a strong workplace culture
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships and confidently solve complex issues at all levels of the business
