Your New Role - Technical Hair Educator VIC

We're growing fast and looking for a passionate Salon industry and education professional to develop and deliver top-notch training to our O&M clients across VIC.

As part of our Education team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients are fully trained in the O&M portfolio, helping them achieve the best results possible. You'll also support the sales process by working closely with the sales team in your territory.

What You'll Do:

  • Build strong relationships with our valued clients.
  • Assist in the sales process by ensuring technical mastery of our products.
  • Educate O&M clients on effective product use.
  • Plan, organize, and execute artistic seminars with guest artists in VIC.
  • Engage and drive the efficiency of the VIC sales team through education.
  • Deliver seminars and in-salon training to O&M standards.
  • Implement training plans for salon staff based on their growth and development needs.
  • Perform colour demonstrations to showcase service and product performance.
  • Handle client queries and overcome objections.

You'll Love This Role If You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in hair and program education.
  • A qualification as a hairdresser.
  • A driver's license.
  • An energetic, positive, and team-player attitude ready for the demands of a high-energy, fast-paced company with a no-task-too-small work ethic.
  • The ability to prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
