We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Administrator to join our team in Ayr. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and ready to provide excellent client service.

WHAT WILL YOUR TYPICAL WEEK LOOK LIKE?
  • Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and ordering supplies.
  • Dive into the world of client data management, ensuring accuracy in reports like timesheets, billings, and expenses.
  • Play a crucial role in preparing client service agreements, collecting information for impactful tax engagements.
  • Be responsible for invoicing and WIP management while effectively communicating with advisors, partners, and corporate staff, delivering exceptional client service.
