  • Collaborate with clients to identify their strengths and areas for improvement
  • Develop tailored coaching plans to help clients achieve their career goals
  • Build strong relationships with employers and community services to open pathways to employment and training

You bring empathy, energy, and a strong drive to make a difference. With experience or a genuine passion for employment services, you're confident in supporting people, building trust, and guiding them toward meaningful and sustainable careers.

Key Qualifications

Essential Criteria:

  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g., Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work)
  • Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
