Key Responsibilities
  • Career Opportunity Sourcing: Source and create career opportunities for clients, matching them to suitable and sustainable roles.
  • Inclusive Employment Champion: Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Employer Engagement: Engage and work alongside employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  • Work Experience Broker: Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Workplace Preparation: Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Employer Training Facilitator: Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  • Network Development: Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
  • Brand Ambassador: Promote us as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
  • Performance Excellence: Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.

Requirements
  • Desirable Qualifications: Qualifications in Employment or Human Services - desirable.

  • Understanding Employment Barriers: Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Client Support Skills: Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Driver's License: Current Driver's License - essential.
