Support individuals with disability, injury or health conditions as they prepare for a meaningful career. You'll guide them through the job-readiness journey—from first conversation to job application and interview preparation—helping them build confidence, develop skills, and achieve career goals.

• Work closely with clients to plan their next career steps and support them in finding the right job.
• Build strong relationships to understand each client's goals, strengths, and support needs.
• Provide tailored coaching and regular check-ins to maintain motivation and progress.
• Connect participants with upskilling opportunities, hands-on experience, and group-based activities.
• Collaborate with employers and community services to open pathways to employment and training.
• Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
• Champion values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.

The successful candidate will be required to work in collaboration with various stakeholders including but not limited to; employers, service providers, and government agencies.

This role is responsible for providing expert guidance and coaching to individuals with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions to assist them in achieving their career goals. This may include developing tailored plans, providing ongoing support, and facilitating connections with relevant resources.

• Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g., Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) – desirable
• Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
• Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends
• Current Driver's License - essential
