We are seeking a young female that is motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone looking to start their career in construction project management and gain hands-on experience in both office and on-site operations.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Construction Manager to support the daily coordination of projects, assist with tendering and procurement, and ensure smooth communication between the office and onsite teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day operational tasks and project coordination.
  • Support the Construction Manager with quoting, tendering, and offsite coordination.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate project records.
  • Assist with on-site coordination, ensuring project schedules and site requirements are met.
  • Participate in tendering and procurement processes, including sourcing and comparing supplier quotes.
  • Read and interpret drawings to assist in planning and coordination tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, file management, etc.) – essential.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Current driver's licence – preferred but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: From $50,966.60 per year
