Dance with Gabby is a modern dance studio built for adults of all levels — a place where confidence, fun, and community come first. We create unforgettable dance experiences through our weekly classes, workshops, and special events. We're looking for a passionate, creative, and organised Social Media, Marketing & Studio Coordinator to help us share our story, grow our community, and keep the studio running smoothly.

About the Role

This is a dynamic, all-rounder role perfect for someone who loves both the creative and organisational side of business. You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our online presence, and supporting the studio behind the scenes. From social media strategy to on-the-ground studio tasks, no two days will look the same

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media & Content Creation
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content at classes/events
  • Write captions, manage comments/DMs, and grow engagement across platforms
  • Keep content on-brand, fun, and community-focused
  • Marketing & Growth
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new dancers and promote events
  • Manage email newsletters and client communications
  • Track and report on social media and campaign performance
  • Understand and target key audiences to maximise reach
  • Studio Coordination & Support
  • Assist with admin tasks such as bookings, emails, and class pack management
  • Provide on-site support during classes/events when needed
  • Liaise with suppliers, venues, and partners as required
  • Support the Director with ad-hoc tasks and personal assistant duties

About You

  • Creative thinker with a passion for social media and content creation
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and digital marketing trends
  • Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects
  • Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • Interest in dance, fitness, or creative industries is a bonus (but not required)
