The Meat & Wine Co Adelaide are actively seeking applications for our next Supervisor to be part of our energetic and lucrative team.

Working alongside the management team, you will have the chance to lead, drive and mentor a team of enthusiastic and committed bar staff to ensure an outstanding dining experience for your customers.

All about you:

  • 1+ years experience as a supervisor in a busy, premium dining restaurant
  • Solid experience in wine knowledge, pairing and upselling techniques
  • Great leadership qualities along with the ability to inspire, train and develop the team
  • Fair understanding of modern award framework, national employment standards and working knowledge of OH&S/WH&S.
  • A passion for the industry
  • Ability to work a rotating 7- day roster including weekends & public holidays
  • A valid RSA
