We're looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our close-knit team and help lead the next chapter of Fino Vino.

The Role

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll support the Restaurant Manager in leading the daily operations of Fino Vino. You'll set the tone for guest experience, mentor our team, and oversee service standards while assisting with operational and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the FOH team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Uphold and champion Fino Vino's values and brand standards.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including reservations, floor plans and service flow.
  • Assist with training, mentoring and developing team members.
  • Manage POS systems, cash handling and accurate reporting.
  • Support stock control, beverage ordering and supplier relationships.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and beverage teams to create memorable guest experiences.
  • Contribute to sales targets, cost control and operational efficiency.

About You

  • Previous experience in a senior FOH role or as an Assistant Manager in a quality restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A passion for hospitality and a genuine interest in South Australian produce and wine.
  • Organised, proactive and attentive to detail.
  • Able to work evenings and weekends as part of a rotating roster.
