The Role

As a Welder at Elite Attachments, you'll play a critical role in producing durable, precision-engineered products. Your day-to-day tasks will involve welding quick hitch bodies and buckets, operating robotic welding equipment, and assisting with fabricating parts for excavators. Previous experience with robotic welding is not essential but will be looked on favourably and compensated accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality welding on quick hitch bodies, buckets, and other heavy equipment parts.
  • Operate and learn/maintain robotic welding systems.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and optimise robot welder workflow.
  • Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Fabricate and assemble components for excavators using detailed specifications and technical drawings.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working with robotic welding systems.
