Location: Bayswater North

Chasemore Engineering PTY LTD is currently recruiting a skilled 1st Class Welder to join our team in Bayswater North Vic.

The ideal candidate will need to undertake and possess: -

  • Adhere to WHS
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings to a high standard and recognising welding specifications
  • Set up equipment and weld parts, using appropriate welding equipment and methods
  • Set up and operate fabricating machines such as press brake, forming rollers, forming rolls, cut, bend and form or straighten materials
  • Proficiency in MIG, TIC and Arc welding
  • All aspects of general fabrication, welding and sheet metal work

Skills and abilities

  • At least 3 years experience as a welder
  • Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication or equivalent
  • Have a good work ethic.
  • Have attention to detail.
  • Have a willingness to continue to learn.
  • Be thorough and pay attention to detail.
  • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a Team.

Salary range is $ $80000
