OUR COMPANY:

We are a local business based in Bayswater specialising in the manufacture and wholesale of quality security/fencing products and fencing component. Our products are designed and manufactured in house, giving us competitive advantage nationally. We currently have over 30 staff and looking to further expand in the near future.

JOB ROLE:

Seeking Welder/Fabricator with experience welding steel and aluminium MIG/Tig.

We are looking for a hard working individual who enjoys meeting challenges. The ideal candidate will have some experience working in the Fencing/Security industry.

This position will suit a permanent long term employee who is looking for a secure and rewarding position.

The right candidate will have the ability to work independently and as well in a team working along another 5 x welders to stay on top of deadlines.

DESCRIPTION:

Welding and assembly of variety of fencing, gates and screens.

DUTIES:

  • Experience in fabricating is essential.
  • Experience in MIG welding - main duties involve welding steel garrison security fencing and gates.
  • Some experience in TIG welding would be an advantage.
  • Must be confident to work independently.
  • Must show great attention to quality and detail.
  • Be able to follow detailed and workshop drawn plans.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.

Must at all times make use of the required safety equipment and practices. Report all threats or danger to supervisor.
